We build next generation open access fibre optic networks and provide dark fibre to communications service providers and private networks. Our strategy is to build high count carrier grade urban fibre networks on high demand backbone routes passing telco central offices, cell sites and dense commercial and residential neighborhoods.
We lease our dark fibre to communication service providers and private networks on long term prepaid IRU’s or on short term periodic payment leases. We provide our customers with

- a cost effective alternative to purchasing managed circuits;
- a quick-to-market digital transport solution; and
- an uncommon technology expertise in the operation of fibre networks.
Our open access networks provide digital signal transport for our customers at a quarter of the cost of building and operating a proprietary network or the cost of leasing managed circuits. Our mission is to become a major supplier and manager of private sector open access networks in Canada.
