a2b will, for example, design the fiber build to meet timeline and cost considerations, then manage the tendering process, obtain permits, manage the project, document the as-constructed characteristics (such as cable meter marks or OTDR readings), and make sure that the end result is correctly arranged to fit into the client’s fiber management system or GIS.
